Nynke Jutten is an urban planner at De Zwarte Hond: a design agency for architecture, urban planning, and strategy with offices in Groningen, Rotterdam, Cologne, and Berlin. With a lot of experience in both design and project management, Nynke works on a wide range of urban projects, including the redevelopment of the Suikerfabriek site in Groningen - the Suikerzijde, regional urbanisatie strategies, and various visions and plans for the municipality of Zwolle. Nynke combines a broad design background with strategic insight and has a strong focus on spatial quality and integrated area development. Research is an important part of her work, which has resulted in several publications.
