Zef Hemel became part of the committee of recommendations in 2022 after being one of the keynote speakers at the Geo Promotion event. Next to being a Professor of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Amsterdam and a visionary planner, Zef Hemel recently held the position of Abe Bonnemaleerstoel of the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and the Technische Universiteit Delft.
