During our 3 year leadership programme, Jelmer Young Professionals develop themselves, share new insights with one another, and discover methods to use their talents effectively in rapidly changing environments. The ‘Jelmers’ rotate between different Business Partners, ranging from government bodies, contractors and consultancy & engineering firms.
After the 3-year programme, the Young Professionals have gathered experiences from different perspectives. They create smart solutions that enhance the quality, cooperation and results throughout the sector. In this way Jelmer connects generations and develops the sector by increasing collaboration.
