We are excited to inform you that the FSS Design Challenge will take place from June 24th to June 27th, 2024 in Zwolle! This year’s theme revolves around housing densification in suburban areas in Zwolle, with a particular emphasis on preserving their rural heritage. Five teams of three students will have the opportunity to showcase and develop their design skills and visionary thinking. Propose the best design and win €500 with your team!
You will be accompanied by design experts working on projects related to these topics, as well as academics and your fellow students. To adequately prepare you for the task, Geo Promotion is organizing an Information Boost Day on June 21st in Groningen! This event is mandatory for all Design Challenge participants but is open to anyone interested. For one afternoon, we will delve into discussions about housing densification in suburban areas and reflect on the opportunities and challenges it presents.
You and your team will be staying at Buitenplaats de Luwte in Zwolle from June 24th-27th.
