We are Jelmer. Jelmer enables Young Professionals within the fields of civil engineering, spatial planning, water management, construction and energy to help build a sustainable and future proof environment in a role that best suits their talents. We focus on innovation through personal development and encourage a growth mindset.
During a 3 year leadership programme, Young Professionals develop themselves and discover methods to use their talents effectively in rapidly changing environments. In this programme they rotate between different Business Partners, ranging from government bodies, contractors and consultancy & engineering firms. In this way Jelmer connects generations and develops the sector by increasing collaboration.
